Repeat the test!: That is a pretty low HCG level. The best thing to do is to have the HCG level repeated in 48 hours. In early pregnancy it should go up by at least 50% in 48 hours. If it is going up less than 50% or if it is declining, it means the pregnancy may become a miscarriage. If it is rising like it should, you may not be as far along as you think. Best wishes!

Need two: A single HCG level is not helpful for interpretation. Two consecutive levels 48 hours apart are better. If the level doubles within this time period, this would indicate that there is likely a viable pregnancy.

Levels: It really doesn't mean anything until you compare it to another level. Basically it just means you are pregnant. Levels should increase every few days.
