What does it mean if you have an irregular small gestational sac at five weeks five days n my hcg is 3009?

Irregular sac: An irregular sac with a lower than expected level of hCG suggests that there is a problem with the pregnancy. As with most cases either it will resolve itself or end of as a miscarriage. I suggest that you have a serum progesterone drawn as well because low progesterone in a otherwise normal pregnancy can result is miscarriage.

Gestational sac: You may not have a viable pregnancy and this needs to be discussed with your GYN. Meaning you may not carry this fetus to delivery.
