History: clearly you are concerned. Left sided chest pain needs to be looked at. Age is risk factor along with your medical history. Duration and the type of pain is imp. What brings it on? Would suggest to seek your primary care doc input and work up. If the pain persist would seek help sooner. The probability of heart disease is based on risk factors. Your medical history would help.
