Pleural efffusion?: These symptoms are typical for a person with pleural or pericardial effusion, which is fluid behind the lung or surrounding the heart. It can happen if you have a viral or bacterial pneumonia, or other conditions. If you still feel this tomorrow, i would visit the local urgent care or your family physician.
