Hard to say: I can't link your two symptom areas without bringing up the possibility of a STD, which would not be found on the tests you mentioned.The puss in your throat could reflect a sinus infection with drainage or just a bad viral infection. The origins of feminine discharge are numerous and defined best with appropriate study of the discharge.
