Enough to get med: After inserting the tip of nasal spray for about one cm, preferably in a lying down position at bedtime and breathing normally, press the applicator down firmly to squish the medicine in your nostril, you will immediately feel it entering the nasal chamber which include the turbinates. It will trickle back in your throat also, which us normal as well.
