No: The nasal spray will not be absorbed well enough to have effect on the swelling of the adenoids. Depending on the nasal spray what they do is to decrease the inflammation locally and decreasing the engorgement of the blood vessels which is causing the congestion. In addition the nasal spray decreases the mucous.
