Virus: A viral gastroenteritis doesn't necessarily cause fever or low body temperature, but nausea,vomiting and eventual diarrhea,fatigue and body aches are characteristics. Belching is caused by various disorders such as simple indigestion, lactose or gluten intolerance, gall bladder disorders,air swallowing or GERD. Taking mylanta after meals should reduce gas buildup. See your MD as needed.
