Side effects of T: No. T of 77 is slightly high for a woman, and suggests PCOS, as you indicate on your profile. Your level of 77 is still way below the normal range in men, and normal men do not get erythrocytosis. Erythrocytosis is a common side effect of overtreatment with T in men, where the levels of T get quite high, sometimes over 1000.
