Anti-androgens: While spironolactone is typically used as a water pill in high blood pressure & heart failure etc, it can also be prescribed for its anti-androgen effects (http://www.drugs.com/spironolactone.html). Depending upon effect of "high" testosterone, hormonal contraception can also be used to combat some signs & symptoms, such as acne. Best to check w/your family doc to first discover cause of high T.
