I wonder if enlarged lymphnodes that's not sore have to be cancerous? mine came after a cold but r not sore so does it have to be cancer?

No: many enlarged lymph nodes that are non tender can be of an inflammatory nature. Similarly nodes that appear innocuous can be lymphoma in origin. If nodes not firm, if they are not in major node sites such as jugular and over a period of time they do not enlarge or increase in number then they are benign. If there is any question then node bx indicated.

Not at all: Almost everybody has one or more palpable lymph nodes in the neck, and most are not tender / sore. It's not worth worrying about them unless they are clearly abnormal, feel rock-hard, or are very big or very fixed to surrounding tissues.
