Get a gynae exam: There are lots of possible causes for your symptoms. For example, a small vulva skin split or tear near the entrance to the vagina is a common cause of seeing bright red blood, esp after sex. But it could be other things too. You need to be examined to sort out what's going on & what treatment you need.
