Work on....: Really stretching out your achilles tendons! if you don't know how to do this already, visit youtube and do a search for these types of exercises. Type in "achilles tendon stretches" and a bunch of videos will turn up to help you. Do it with your kneed straight and with the knees bent. The achilles tendon is made up of two muscles and you need to work on both.
