Changed my medication time from 10 -12 instead of 8 -10 in the morning, in consultation with my doctor. i take lamictal and zoloft (sertraline). any difference?

Change in time of: taking medication can make a real difference if your doc OKs it, which he/she did in your case. Modalities such as clinical hypnosis, biofeedback, and meditation can all be helpful. Please ask your therapist about these treatments. Peace and good health.
