Can anything deadly or harmful for the body happen if you don't take zoloft (sertraline) and lamictal the same time every day? or is this just irrational anxiety?

No: As long as you don't take either medication too close together. I often prescribe Zoloft (sertraline) at bedtime as it may be sedating for soe people. Lamictaliusually prescribe in am. Themost important thing is that you take both daily on a consistent basis. Relax take some deep breathes and know tht we are here on Healthtap 24/7 to answer your questions

Dose timing: It is not dangerous or harming either way. However, it might be easier to remember to take medication once a day, than twice.
