Why low K: Florinef (fludrocortisone) will help with low Potassium. I would suggest work up as why you have low potassium and need 100 meq replacement. That is a large dose. Unless losses in stool I suspect the kidney is loosing K. A urine spot potassium should answer this when done along with blood potassium level. Long term indefinite use of Florinef (fludrocortisone) is not recommended.
