Lower Back Pain: Please see a lower back specialist (e.g., orthopedic spine specialist or neurosurgeon) to rule out nerve impingement, bulging disc, degenerative disc disease of the lumbosacral spine, etc.

Disc problem: it sounds like a disk problem in your back is causing the issue. There are definitely things that can be done to help with this.

I have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in July. I was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. After physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when I am moving a lot. It doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when I work out. But swells when Im doing daily activities: walking, etc. wondering if I need to go back to the doctor or continue PT exercises Swollen Left Knee?
