What is an ocd lesion? i have obsessive compulsive disorder but i am guessing this is not the same.

Not the same!: You are right, you have a psychological disorder, OCD, best treated by a psychologist. An OCD lesion is an orthopedic issue involving both bone and cartilage, known as "osteochondritis discerns". It is most common in active young adults who are still growing. It causes pain and swelling in the affected joint. The doctor who diagnosed your condition can best advise you on how to treat it.
