Anxiety: First, get medical clearance from your doctor, but you seem to get closer to a clinical condition related to the category of anxiety disorders. Given the symptoms you describe, this may correspond to initial panic attacks. The condition might be quite successfully treated. At times, your doctor can start you on some medication or referred you to a mental health practitioner as soon as possible.

Panic attack: Provided anything/everything is ruled out as a physical cause of what you're experiencing, your symptoms are consistent with panic disorder. If this is the case, get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist and consider medication. Also, see a reputable psychotherapist who specializes in panic/anxiety disorders.
