Quite Unlikely, Why?: Hypoglycemia most commonly driven by high carb/sugar foods &/or some meds which drive glucose down (such as sulfonylureas & insulin). In people routinely eating low carb high fat/protein foods, hypoglycemia rare because most glucose is from internal conversion of protein/fat by liver which is routinely smooth. However low-fat high-carb foods drive glucose & insulin up followed by hypoglycemia.
