You are correct...: Too much Google. Please stop trying to diagnose yourself using the internet. Your symptoms can be indicative of a host of problems, all of which are not cancer. See a local physician who will take a full medical history and after examining you will advise you of what treatment you need. Feel better soon....

See MD or Dentist: See the MD or Dentist for examination. Does not sound like oral cancer, more like a localized viral or bacterial infection. Possible primary herpetic gingivostomatitis, sinus infection, allergic reaction to environmental irritants (allergy season very bad) , strep throat, etc. Get in to see the Docs right away. Good Luck. Meantime- warm salt water rinses, ibuprofen, high fluid intake, rest.

See dentist quick!: see your dentist immediately to diagnose and possibly refer for treatment. Could be several issues but waiting will only allow it to get worse. Good luck!

Go to your dentist a: if you are worried and concern about your condition please go to oral surgeon or dentist check it out and have a piece of mind. No point in looking in to google for an answer. You need proper diagnosis not information. Good luck

Sinus Infection: Acute sinus infections can cause mucus buildup in the throat and it can also cause upper teeth pain. See your PCP for evaluation, tests and treatment.

Get a consult: Hey Chris, It could be anything at this point. I wouldn't jump to the diagnosis of oral cancer right away. My advice: get a consult with a dentist or ENT. Let them tell you if you have something to worry about or better yet, nothing to worry about. Don't solely base your diagnosis on google. Not everything you read on the internet is right. Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.
