"Swelling and unselling" is unlikely; there are no medical conditions that make lymph nodes repeatedly enlarge then get smaller again. Further, self assessment of lymph node enlargement is notoriously unreliable. If you are convinced about this issue, see a physician when you believe your nodes are swollen. In the meantime, it seems unlikely you have anything serious.

Weight loss? Night sweats? Lymph node swelling should be evaluated by a physician and if recurrent should be biopsied. Can be infection like HIV, TB or mononucleosis ( usually sore throat as well) ,lymphogranuloma venereum, autoimmune disease like lupus, Castleman's disease or lymphoma. Follow up with MD/ hematologist.
