Hello. i have a skin hair nails multivitamins and it says "take 2 tablets daily. does this mean 1 in the morning and 1 at night or 2 tablets together?

Depends what's in it: ?? Biotin? That would be better 2xs a day. If it doesn't specify, call the company. Usually, it will specify 1 tablet twice a day. Otherwise if the dose says,'2 tablets' then you can take it all at once. Supplements only last for the day in your body. So if you're taking a multivitamin that has fat soluble vitamins in it, it may be important to take it with meals. Iron can compete with calcium too
