Untreated anxiety: The numbers that you provided are just that, numbers. To give you a meaningful idea of your "risks", we have to put those numbers in the context of you as a whole. Based solely on these numbers, your risk is higher than ideal. More important tho, is your anxiety. Chronic emotional stress is as important a risk factor as any other. You need to get help for this. Some risk: Aside from family history the biggest risk factors are male age 45 or over(female 55 or over), smoking cigarettes, hypertension and HDL less than 40. Your low HDL and elevated triglycerides suggests that you need to reduce your weight and increase exercise: this will help to raise HDL and reduce tryglycerides.
