Untreated anxiety: The numbers that you provided are just that, numbers. To give you a meaningful idea of your "risks", we have to put those numbers in the context of you as a whole. Based solely on these numbers, your risk is higher than ideal. More important tho, is your anxiety. Chronic emotional stress is as important a risk factor as any other. You need to get help for this.
