Brown urine: The usual cause of brown urine is bile in the urine caused by blockage in the bile ducts in the liver, gall bladder, and common bile duct by stones or growths and seen in some cases of hemolytic anemias. Leucocytes(white blood cells) in the urine are seen with inflammation in the urinary tract and infection is usually the cause. Vaginal discharge may contaminate and cause leukocytes in the urine.

Brown urine: Did you mean urine is dark or is coke colored? The color of urine is not a very useful test, with some bizarre exception. You said you have leukocytes they are WBC and can be seen in many conditions, infection being one. The MD that ordered this test should offer the complete information and discussion. The Urine test has other components that need to be looked together as a complete picture.
