Probably: It is always best to take thyroid hormone on an empty stomach and wait 40-60 minutes to eat. That way it gets absorbed into your system best. Taking antacids, calcium, iron, vitamins, food,and some medications at the same time can interfere with absorption. However, dexilant (dexlansoprazole) is probably okay.
