Dexilant (dexlansoprazole): Can be taken with or without be ok no interaction.Not food. Zantac will not interact with dexilant, (dexlansoprazole) but if you have to take antac in addition to Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) you need to be evaluated by a GI specialist.
