I am 5 weeks today & have some spotting. i had a chemical pregnancy 2 months ago at 5 weeks. should i be concerned?

See doc 4 blood work: Early pregnancy is prone to staining/spotting. The only definite way to answer your question is to draw the blood level of BHCG & Progesterone. Most of the time, you have to have a repeat test in 48 hours to monitor dynamic changes in hormone levels. Additionally, if your dates are accurate, in 1-2 week you may benefit from sonogram evaluation (at present, it's probably too early to do) Good luck
