Liver metastases and bilirubin is increasing rapidly daily . other liver tests fine . anything can be done to halt this ? what if it just carries on rising ?

Jaundice: If bili keeps on rising, it will make a person uncomfortably itchy. The main way to manage this in the absence of the tumor responding to chemo, is to have a narrow tube (stent) inserted to maintain drainage of bile. But if no obstruction identified, this may not be possible. Stent placement requires experienced endoscopist, with ERCP experience and good scopes.
