Safe under MD care: The dose of Tramadol you are taking is low.and should be all right. You should not take alcohol on days you take this medication nor should you take more than 4 Tylenol (Acetaminophen) in the same day.If your back symptoms worsen and you should need an increasing amount of medication should prompt you to be sure the cause of the pain is confirmed.if disc related a back steroid injection may help.
