Depends: The question is are you changing the physicians medication orders? It is OK to use these meds together but you are doing it at your own risk. I can't speak for your country but in the US medication that is on prescription is to be used as prescribed. Does your med have a prn or use as needed directions on it.? For best care seek a doctors consult to diagnose and treat the back pain.
