No!: If I were a guessing man, I would 'guess' you smoked after your extraction, which is what caused the dry socket (alveolar osteitis) in the first place. So, please stop smoking for at least 7-days after an extraction, or after dry-socket therapy. Otherwise it will most assuredly jeopardize your future healing and you will have more surgical comeplications.
