So i got left flank pain & i went to toliet & it kinda helped.but when i looked in toliet i saw a piece of stool that had white fuzzy & woven like string. idk if its mucus or not. i been having stomach cramp & lower back pains,on & off 18 days?

Mucus: It appears that your bowels have become irritable & mucus in the stool isn't unusual with that. Lower back discomfort & abdominal cramps can be associated. Omit harsh undigestible roughage from your diet. Antispasmodic medication like dicyclomine can quiet cramping. I don't suspect infection or inflammatory bowel disease, but if symptoms persist, consult a gastroenterologist for appropriate tests
