Ulcers and Acanthosi: Diabetes causes a variety of skin problems, including vitiligo (white patches), acanthosis nigricans (darkening skin folds usually in armpits), foot ulcers which may get infected, dry skin, sclerosis of hands (thickening of skin), xanthomatosis (yellowish raised dots, itchy, over hands, arms, feet), as well as yeast/fungal infections (appearance depends on where it's located) hope this help
