Hi, i have a question about my ears. i just cleaned them out with a q tip and some dark opaque black stuff came out on one. do i need to be worried?

Not likely: This was either old dried blood or old hard ear wax. I would be careful using a qtip to clean ears.

Ear wax: you most likely removed ear wax. You should not remove ear wax by placing a qtip inside the ear canal. You can try a simple method over the counter. It requires water with a bulb syringe. The qtip is used to clean the outside of the ear which is outside of the canal. Hope this helps
