Fasting sugar is 110 to 115. HBA1c last yr 5.9, i managed to reduce it to 5.6. But Fasting sugar is still 110 to 115 and random sugar after 2 hr is 125 to 132. Am I prediabetic? What should I do to reduce fasting sugar. My father was diabetic too.

Fasting plasma glucose 82mg/dL. Glucose 2h of after breakfast 78 & Hba1c is 5.5%. Age30, BMI 22 .Father has diabetes at age 50(close relations only 1 uncle has he is fat). After how much time again need to test? 3years ok? I dnt like much labs.
