HbA1C: HbA1C levels of 6.2 and 6.0 with normal fasting blood sugar and low 2 hour postprandial blood sugar suggest an increased risk for diabetes. These numbers are not diagnostic of diabetes.

Fasting sugar is 110 to 115. HBA1c last yr 5.9, i managed to reduce it to 5.6. But Fasting sugar is still 110 to 115 and random sugar after 2 hr is 125 to 132. Am I prediabetic? What should I do to reduce fasting sugar. My father was diabetic too.
Hba1c results are 6.5 but glucose monitor gave 132 mg/dl after one hour of meal and 106 mg/dl fasting, am i diabetic? or am i safe?
