Maybe . . .: Assuming that you've been using some form of birth control all this time, perhaps start w/preconception counseling w/your Family Doc or OB. Make sure you're healthy enough. Given that we define advanced maternal age as 35+yo at time of delivery, consider consulting Maternal Fetal Medicine expert now in addition to Reproductive Endocrinology specialist if 12mo elapse w/o pregnancy.
