Reflux: may have hiatal hernia or other gastric reflux GERD, Need evaluation, and perhaps endoscopy and treatment. May include , sleeping with head of bed elevated, Antacids, small meals early in day and not near bedtime. Several serious conditions can be involved and need endoscopy and biopsy.
