How much does it cost to get the ingrown toe nail removed if you are not insured?

Depends: It really depends upon the doctor that you go to. if you are not insured and you have a free clinic or Community Health Center near you you may be able to get it done free. If not call around to podiatrists and ask about their fees for the uninsured. It will vary widely so make sure to call several of them. It will probably be in the 200-400 dollar range.
