Good advice: Try not to worry about how this good advice came to you. It's good. Somehow your body and mind found a way to reach you w/ a message. Many hard to convey messages need to find unusual pathways to not simply be ignored or defended against. This is a nice way to share the care. He may have just done a wonderful thing for you!

Does it matter?: Does it matter if he was really there or not? You cannot go wrong when you quit drinking. And, the way I hear your question, not only your late uncle is worrying about you having a drinking problem, I think you're worrying about it as well. Go sober. You'll save money, add years to your life, and be free.
