My 3 year old was given amoxicillin 400 mg for an ear ache, i have a 7 month old that just started developing an ear ache. can i give him some?

Earache: how can you tell if your 7 mos old has earache? If he cries & touches his ear, he could be teething, having actual earache or sore throat. It is not good to share medications, if he is febrile or acting sick take him to his pediatrician. Good luck.
