Tussive Syncope: There is an entity called "tussive syncope," which it sounds like you're headed for. You haven't had syncope (fainting) yet, it seems, but you might be headed there. You can read about tussive syncope (cough syncope), and how there is an increase in pressure inside the skull. The best treatment is curing the cough, and making sure you don't have a "Chiari malformation" at the base of the skull.
