I'm 8 months postpartum with heavy periods. i suspect of dangerous low count of hemoglobin (low iron) because i'm dizzy and feel faint all the time. i can't get my labs till next week. will i be safe even if my iron levels are in dangerous range?

"Dizzyness and fainting " need evaluation, so go to an emergency room for evaluation if you cannot get an immediate appointment from your GYN physician.
