Infection?: For so many symptoms in a young woman, i would suspect an infection. If you have ear pain, dizziness, fever, sweats, and cough it is probably an ear and/or respiratory infection. See your primary care physician and an exam of your ears, throat, and lungs will probably answer the question. Good luck!
