Hello. i have a deep pain in my right hip area, it only hurts if i touch it or when i lie down pain mostly felt at the back not the front. i feel faint, dizzy and nauseous on some occasions especially after sitting for a long period and after eating.

2 symptoms: I assume there has been no recent hip area injury. If none, your symptoms are characteristic of bursitis. I don't think your other symptoms are related to the bursitis. Faintness, lightheadedness nausea can occur with inner ear disorder, postural dropping of blood pressure and your symptoms after eating could be swings in blood sugar. See your MD to get these things checked out.
