See an ENT doctor: At the very least, you have a raging bacterial infection in you outer ear canal, medically called otitis externa. The "dizzy" symptoms are disconcerting to me because this indicates your may have a ruptured ear drum, and the infection has gained access to your inner ear, could damage three small bones located directly behind the ear drum, and has affected your balance center, called the labryinth.
