Cubital tunnel?: Compression of the ulnar nerve (the "funny bone" at the elbow) can cause symptoms like this. Bending the elbow stretches the nerve...and if there is compression to begin with, this "elbow flexion test" can often reproduce the symptoms you describe. See your doctor or a hand surgeon for a real diagnosis.
