Get to ER: If you read the label of all products containing acetaminophen nowadays you will see a MAXIMUM dose of 3000 mg. per 24 hrs. You are reporting in your question that you are taking 8000 daily. Is that accurate? And so you are clearly on the verge (if not deep within) the realm of toxicity and I believe the abdominal pain and dizziness could represent something bad. Get to an ER and get bloodwork.
