Snack in between: Long hours without food can cause acidity , I round suggest a light snack if not the whole lunch , small snacks like yogurt , a fruit can help too.

Hair loss: Skipping meals is not good for you, having small frequent healthy meals & snacks is better for you. Increase protein in your diet, multi vitamin with minerals, plenty of fuids, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, hot oil treatment & consult your doctor. Good luck
